Noelia is an amazing, professional caretaker and delightful person overall. We are moving and are gutted to leave her since we and our daughters have grown such a strong attachment to her. Noelia has always been very professional, forward-thinking, attentive, dedicated, empathetic, and kind. She cared for our now 2 year old since she was 1 and she recently also started watching our newborn and does great with both of them at once. She has been wonderful with providing an environment and activities for our daughter’s different developmental stages. As a mother herself, Noelia has often shared her wisdom and reassurances with us as new parents and helped us keep on top of the next learning or growing phases. She also integrated effortlessly into our family’s schedule and home culture, and helped us build out schedules into our daughter’s routine. I know we will keep in touch because she was such an important part of our lives. We would hire her again in a heartbeat! I could go on and on about all the wonderful things she has done for us and will be more than happy to be a reference where I can elaborate on how amazing she is!!
