Nicole was such a blessing for our family! She came into our lives at a very difficult phase when I was trying to balance being a new mom of 2 and working from home with a colicky baby. From the first day, she was so hands on with the kids AND housework that I felt an immediate weight off my shoulders. She was professional, warm, polite, extremely helpful, flexible and always reliable. She went above and beyond for our family and I cannot recommend her enough. She is the best out there!
