About Neltha

Hi, I'm Neltha, I also go by Nelly. I'm a warm, caring, dependable, and patient person who genuinely enjoys being around children. I've been caring for kids since I was younger, starting with my younger cousins, and I've continued that experience by caring for three children I'm a godmother to, from as young as 9 months through their toddler years. I also have 5 years of customer-service experience, which has taught me how to communicate well, be patient, stay calm in stressful situations, and build trusting relationships with people from all different backgrounds. I bring those same qualities into caring for children. I love keeping kids engaged, making them feel safe and comfortable, and watching them learn and grow. I enjoy being active and creative with kids, and I understand how important it is for parents to have someone they can truly trust. My goal is for both the children and their parents to feel comfortable, respected, and cared for while they're with me.
