About Kaoni

Hi families! My name is Kaoni, and I'm a 23 y/o childcare provider with several years of experience. I've worked as a paraeducator for 4 yrs, and have nanny/babysitting experience. Caring for children is something I truly love and feel passionate about. I've taken many child development courses and care about understanding how children grow and develop. I love getting to know each child and creating a safe, encouraging environment where they feel comfortable being themselves. I also have experience working with behavioral and special needs children, which has taught me the importance of patience and adapting to each child's individual needs. I'm First Aid, CPR, and AED certified, I enjoy keeping kids engaged through play, crafts, reading, outdoor activities, and homework while providing structure & consistency. Most importantly, I want every child in my care to feel seen, valued, and loved. I'd love to become someone you feel confident trusting with your little ones!
