tl;dr Natasha is a truly exceptional caretaker and we highly recommend her to take care of your child. Natasha has been with us for almost two years and we have nothing but good things to say about her. Natasha is communicative (check ins at the start and end of the day, texts us throughout the day if there are any questions/concerns, sends pictures at the end of every day), dependable (she was never late and follows through with child care requests), flexible, and provides our 2.5 year old son, J., with enriching activities daily (e.g., nature walks, city walks, art activities, playground, play dates, library story times, lunch outings). Most importantly of all, she is kind, patient, and J. adores her. Natasha comes with a wealth of experience in childcare. She has 15 years of daycare, nannying, and babysitting experience. She’s been with our son since he was 10 months old (he is 31 months now) and was with us every step of the way, from nap schedule changes, to sleep regressions and growth spurts, to J.’s first steps, to potty training. We highly recommend her.
