Over 15yr's exp in Senior Care. I am CNA certified in TX MO IL. Although I'm highly skilled in Long term care, Rehab and Hospice, my favorite is Dementia Care. I understand this disease affects not only client but loved ones as well. So I make sure to not make my care CLOCK BASED but PERSON CENTERED. I left working in facilities because I felt as if I had to beat the clock. I didn't get a chance to get to know my patients and provided that personal care that's promised. I promise to make your life feel at ease as well. I will address their specific needs and likes. I strongly believe in working with the family and becoming part of the family so my CLIENTS HAVE NOTHING BUT THE BEST QUALITY OF SERVICE I CAN PROVIDE. Your loved one will not just sit in front of Tv all day. I will make sure I'm engaging them and letting them do as much as they can to feel as if they are maintaining a level of independence. I don't want them to feel I'm there to take over. I'm a visitor in their home .
