Lauren was an absolute Godsend to our family! She took care of my elderly parents who were in their 90s. Not only is she compassionate, hard working, and reliable, but she is able to find the wonderful balance between providing great conversation and giving people their own personal space. She is always professional and respectful. She joined our family at the start of the pandemic and kept my parents safe. She helped my mother transition to hospice, and helped my father go through the painful adjustment to life without my mom. She gave me support and guidance when it became necessary to move my father from Houston to Austin to be with me. The best thing about Lauren is that she is always proactive and doesn't wait to be told what is needed. She finds ways to go above and beyond expectations and provide the highest quality level of care. I will consider her a life long friend.
