I have originally hired Natalie to watch my two year old son and my nephew. She later also watched my newborn second son. Natalie is truly amazing!!! She is fun and easy with kids, will follow all of your directions and wishes to the t, takes initiative and is creative to find solutions on her own instead of bothering you with questions about where is this or that (when you’re in the work meeting for example). Natalie is responsible, never late, great at communication. I really don’t have space to list all the wonderful things :))) she’s a great human being! If she didn’t move to another state I would still hire her to watch my kids! Thank you Natalie! <3
