I'm a Special Education teacher, retired Army officer, and experienced caregiver with hands-on experience supporting individuals with dementia, Parkinson's disease, mobility needs, and other daily living challenges. I can assist with companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping, and maintaining familiar routines.
