About Mercy

My name is Mercy. I am a compassionate, professional caregiver with current HCA, CNA, and CPR certifications. I provide one-on-one care that helps seniors stay safe, comfortable while preserving their dignity. I have experience supporting clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, limited mobility, chronic illness, post-surgery needs and hospice/end-of-life care. I offer personalized assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, meal preparation, companionship, transportation, light housekeeping and health observation. My caregiving is centered on patience, respect, reliability and genuine compassion. I communicate openly with families, notice changes in condition or mood and adapt to each client's unique needs.
