Greetings! I am a former High School and College level math instructor with over 15 years of teaching and tutoring experience. Before relocating to the Portland area, I worked as a full-time teacher with the Ann Arbor (MI) Public Schools as well as a summer term instructor at the University of Michigan. I have also volunteered as an academic support specialist for at-risk GED candidates and newly enrolled PCC students throughout Southeast Portland, where I currently reside. Since early 2019, I've become a full-time private math tutor, helping students ranging from 3rd grade all the way up to Calculus and Statistics at PSU and University of Portland. Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been working with students exclusively via online teleconferencing, utilizing Google Suite tools (Meet, Documents, Drawings) to make remote teaching/learning as effective as possible.
