Hello! I have been a nanny for the past 8 years. During those years I have worked for a wide range of families with an age range of newborn to 13 years old, with my primary experience being with newborn- 5 years old. I have experienced with individuals with delayed speech, physical delays, dietary restrictions, allergies, and anger issues. I love to listen to music, do crafts, read, and cook! I try to incorporate educational and developmental play into the activities we will do together. I am a career nanny and plan on continuing in this career for many years to come. I strongly believe every child deserves a safe, healthy, loving environment to grow and become who they are and I'd like to help create that world for them. Morgan has taken excellent care of our son during his age of 16 months old to 3 years & 9 months old. Morgan is very trustworthy, responsible, helpful, nurturing, knowledgeable, accommodating, easy-to-get-know, flexible, enthusiastic, optimistic, proactive, responsive, patient and engaging. She is genuinely excited to spend time with our son, us and others in our lives. She has a sincere care & love for our son’s well-being, safety, development and growth. She takes the initiative to teach him new things in a variety of ways and creating an exciting and interactive environment for learning while having fun, and utilizing his toys, books & nature in unique ways! Within minutes our son warmed up to Morgan when he met her and then they bonded extremely quickly when she became our nanny. He is always very excited to see her and shows his happiness about her when they are together and always talks about when they aren’t together. Morgan is an excellent communicator, including how our son is doing throughout the day (updating us through photos, texts, conversations), sharing things she has planned for the week, establishing goals that she will work on with him, and also explaining information that we may not be aware of yet in our parenting journey. Morgan handles situations with maturity, empathy, an open mind, patience, communication and welcomes feedback. She uses opportunities and creates new ones for fun teaching moments, whether it be during story time, outdoor time, taking him to public places, art time, reading time, sensory time, cooking together, bath time, doing laundry or simply talking about what they are doing so that he is always learning. Morgan takes time to explain to our son the reasons of why things are occurring, how his/our actions may make him and others feel, and what we should expect and develop next. Morgan has become part of our family. We are thankful for her care for our son and all she has taught him and we are blessed to have her in our lives.
