Ericka was the best full time nanny we could’ve ever asked for! She cared for my son from when he was 2 weeks old to 8 months old. She is reliable, trustworthy, engaging and kind. She also served as a quasi postpartum doula for me and assisted with nursing, sleep, baby care and more. We absolutely love her and my son is thriving. The only reason she’s no longer full time with us is that we now feel comfortable putting our son in daycare. We hope she remains available for date nights! A+
