About Monserrath

Currently, I am a manager at a gym where I help manage our Kid's Club. During my shifts, I help oversee the care for children ages 6 months-12yrs old with different activities that are recreational and educational. I also serve in my church's children ministry where I help with the children ages 7-12 years old. Prior to this, I worked with children in both recreational and educational settings. As a teacher's assistant for a summer program, I would create lesson plans and teach students grades third through eighth. I would also teach children with different learning disabilities. I was also part of a nonprofit where I would create different activities that would allow for children to interact with each other and their families. I have served as a nanny in the past taking care of babies (as young as three months) to teenagers. As the oldest sibling with a single mother, I understand the importance of finding trustworthy care and will always aim to make parents feel secure and confident.
