We hired Monique for 8 weeks after the birth of our first son, based on a recommendation from close friends who assured us she would be the best investment we ever made. They were absolutely right. Monique not only alleviated the demands of new parenthood by taking the night shift from 8pm to 8am, allowing us to rest, but she also played a crucial role in establishing a consistent schedule for our son. Monique’s diligence and meticulous attention to detail were remarkable. She kept comprehensive notes and monitored our son's progress closely, always looking for signs of improvement. Thanks to her efforts, by the time she left, our 2-month-old son was consistently sleeping from 8pm to 6am. Beyond her professional expertise, Monique was always available to answer our questions and even helped us identify and address any regression patterns by communicating with our pediatrician. For those 8 weeks, Monique truly became a part of our family. Her genuine affection for our son, and all the babies she cares for, was evident in everything she did. Although it was difficult to see her go after 8 weeks, her impact on our son's development was invaluable. We cannot recommend Monique highly enough for anyone seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled night nurse.
