My name is Shantel .. I have 11 years experience in child care .

I am trained and certified in sleep training , feeding, bathing , diapering and scheduling newborns and infants . I am also CPR certified. 

I pride myself in taking very good care of babies like they are my own .

Shantel is everything we could have asked for as a nurse for our daughter and more. She is patient, kind, thoughtful, informative and always upbeat. While it is cozy to have someone in your home watching after your newborn child, Shan made it feel as though we&#39;ve known her for years. It is rare to find someone with the combination of warmth and instruction that she provides, and she has taught us a tremendous amount in such a short period. She cares for the baby in all ways- bottles, laundry, bath time, feeding and sleeping schedule, baby cues, and more. When our daughter was crying at night, Shan picked her up and soothed her, and my child and her parents instantly felt at ease. We highly recommend Shan for work with babies of any age. 

Shantel is amazing! My husband and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable nurse. Not only did she help us with setting up a sleep schedule for our daughter, but she also helped us learn how to care for her. She was incredibly patient and provided us helpful insights about swaddling, bathing, feeding, soothing techniques and more. She was always available to answer questions off hours and helped us navigate becoming new parents. We would have been lost without her!



Shantel is the most caring, insightful, helpful, & warm person. I can't imagine having started out parenthood without her incredible advice and guidance. She was our night nurse for the first few weeks with our newborn and Shantel truly became a member of the Family. I can't recommend her help enough and we were so lucky to have had her in our lives.

Shantel is an excellent night nurse. She is incredibly knowledgeable about newborns and made us feel more prepared and comfortable as first time parents. She genuinely cares about our baby and would even follow up with us after his doctor appointments. We look forward to working with Shantel again and would highly recommend her! 

My husband and I just wrapped up 6 weeks with Shantel, and we would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for care.

She has been with us since our baby was a few days old and has been a lifesaver in terms of getting sleep and guiding us through the first few weeks. For us, she came 10 hours (9pm-7am) but she can do up to 12 hours each night. She also handles the baby’s laundry and washing any pump & bottle parts. We found it especially helpful to have her teach us about all things newborn, like how to do bath time, setting up a sustainable feeding schedule, answering our many diaper change questions, providing product recommendations, and even light guidance on pumping and nursing.

Shantel has a very calm demeanor while still giving strong direction and guidance, which we really appreciated. She’s been working as a night nurse for 10+ years and came recommended to us through a close friend.

Shantel was with my son since birth and was a huge part for the beginning of his life. She is very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to newborns and I don’t know what I would have done without her as a first time mom. Her and my son had a beautiful bond but besides that, her and I had a lovely bond as well and she became a dear friend of mine. She sleep trained my son very well and greatly contributed to his development for the first 3 months of his life. 10/10, highly recommend :) 

We are so thankful to have found Shantel. She really guided us through what is one of the biggest transitions a person can make with a steady hand. Thanks to her we have a baby that’s slept through the night since he was 10 weeks old. He’s a good eater, a great sleeper, and we learned so many great tricks and tips in those early days to keep him calm and happy. We always knew we could breathe a sigh of relief when Shantel walked through the door, even if baby was having a rough day, we knew she would take great care of him and soothe him with ease. Shantel is amazing at what she does!

Shanti did an incredible job caring for and sleep training our little boy. She was extremely knowledgeable about infants and able to get us into a great routine during our time with her. She really set us up for success with both day and night time sleep schedules. 

Shantel was with our family on weeknights from the time our daughter was 2 weeks old until she was 8 weeks old. During this time, our daughter began sleeping through the night with Shantel’s guidance and care. We were of course so thankful for the sleep, but more than that, we were so thankful to have such a loving and calm presence in our family’s lives. Shantel clearly adores children, and they her. Even at only a few weeks old, our daughter would light up upon hearing Shantel’s voice. And our toddler son always looked forward to Shantel’s warm smile and high fives in the morning. Shantel struck the perfect balance of taking initiative on her own while also following our lead and respecting our family’s routines. We cannot recommend her more highly. Any family would be lucky to have Shantel on their team.

Shantel is kind, knowledgeable, & teaches you things you’re open to learn w/o imposing her thoughts on you. She’s patient & great w new anxious moms. She has gentle way & hygiene is of the utmost importance to her. She’s flexible w/ time(overnights & day) 10 months later & I can thank Shantel for my baby who SLEEPs 7:30pm-7:30am  Anyone who says sleep training can’t be done early is misinformed as thats what Shantel did for me. She’ll care for your baby w/ love, structure & be YOUR cheerleader. 

Shantel is knowledgeable and deeply caring.  As first time parents having her helping us was invaluable not only because it allowed us to get some sleep or take a break (while being certain our son was being well taken care of) but because her experience gave us confidence during such an exciting (but also scary and stressful) time.  She was also very accommodating and went above and beyond so that we could attend a sibling's wedding.  Thank you Shantel!

We hired Shantel to be with us at night for the first 8 weeks after the birth of our son and had such a wonderful experience.  Shantel was great at helping me navigate night feedings early on and we quickly figured out a rhythm based on her thoughtful suggestions. This enabled my husband and I to a get a good nights sleep from the get go. Even when Shantel wasn't with us during the day, she was always available by text for any questions or concerns I had. We were lucky to have her on our team and always knew our son was in the best care when she was around. Only regret is not booking her for more weeks. Highly recommend!

Shantel was such a pleasure to work with. I could tell from the moment she entered our home that she would be dedicated to giving our daughter the best care, as well as giving us the tips and tricks to set us up well for when she leaves. Thank you for everything you did for our family!

Shantell is great with babies.  She helped us as a night nurse when we brought our preemie home.  And taught all the tricks (swaddling, dream feeds, etc).  

We've continued to hire her when we need someone to come take care of our now 13 month old baby.

She was the best thing to ever happen to us when our son was born! She jumped right in to show us everything we didn't know. She got him on a great sleep schedule and was an absolute pleasure to have in our home.

Shantel is so sweet . You can tell she really loves babies . She is very positive , and was always willing to go the extra mile for my son . He loves her so much and the minute she holds him he calms down. She is really really good at what she does . I can't thank her enough ! She left me with a wonderful schedule and a sleeping baby . I wish could've kept her longer . We love and miss her so much . I recommend 100%
