About Monica

Hi, I'm Necole! Supporting the independence and well-being of seniors is my true passion. I bring over 8 years of caregiving background, including 2 years in a memory care unit and hands-on in-home care for both of my great-grandparents. I assisted them with medication, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and errands. I hold active CPR and First Aid certifications and specialize in creating a calm, supportive environment for memory care needs by adapting to changing routines with empathy. In May 2026, I completed my BA in Child & Adolescent Development with a minor in Special Education. After taking time to finish my degree, stay home, and get married, I am excited to return to caregiving! My 8-year-old daughter is in school full-time, but I deeply cherish our weekday routine together. I am seeking a reliable daytime position with a family who can offer schedule flexibility around her school drop-off and pick-up times. I look forward to connecting!
