Monica is a gem. She is so thoughtful, respectful and shows my little five month old so much love and attention. From the moment I met Monica I was impressed with her ability to take the lead with my child. She's very organized and knows exactly what to do to entertain, play with, and take care of my little one. She's helped our child learn to sleep in crib within the first week she started. Monica also surprises us with little hand made cards from little activities she's done with my daughter, too. Monica feels like she's apart of our family and we are truly grateful and happy with our experience!
