I'm an early childhood educator able to help families with occasional or regular care so that you can work, run errands, go on dates or enjoy a few evenings to yourself. I take early childhood education seriously and believe you deserve to have an expert caring for your children whether it's at home or school. Reach out! I have a Masters in Education (2017) and an international Montessori diploma (2016) . I hold two Bachelors degrees in Anthropology (2013) and Early Childhood Education (2023) in addition to a state teaching license (0-8). Between 2016 and 2024 I was a lead teacher at a Montessori school with children ages 2. 5 to 6. 5 years old. A priority for me when working with children is supporting their independence, emotional intelligence, and holding structure and firm boundaries. In my interactions with children I prioritize listening, showing respect and collaboration. I enjoy reading, dancing, singing, baking and playing games with children.

We were so lucky to have Molly work with us and our three kids! Even in the short span of the few months she was providing care for us she made such a difference! She brings her teaching experience to the table in so many ways. She has helped our kids be more independent by encouraging them and having the patience to work with them as they learn. They have all learned new skills such as kneading dough, gathering ingredients and other techniques that as busy parents we don’t always have the time or patience to teach. Not only is she knowledgeable about children’s development, patient and energetic, but she is also just a genuinely thoughtful and kind person. I felt at ease knowing my kids were with her, which was such a relief when inviting someone into your home to take care of the people you love the most! If you get the chance to invite her into your life, don’t pass it up!
