About Molly

Sometimes you don't just need someone to watch your kids, you need another capable adult who can step into the rhythm of your family so you can actually take a break. I'm a mom, therapist, and experienced caregiver who can keep routines moving, make healthy meals, keep the house picked up and organized, and create a day filled with sunshine, movement, books, creativity, neighborhood adventures, and play. My expectations of children are age- and developmentally appropriate, I answer their questions with warmth, curiosity, and their social-emotional well-being at the forefront. My goal is for you to come home feeling like you actually got a break NOT to hungry, overstimulated kids and a house you have to put back together. I want your children to have spent their time engaged, learning, laughing, exploring, and feeling cared for while the rhythm of your home continues. I'd be happy to step in and tend to all of it for a while.
