About Payten

I am writing this letter to wholeheartedly recommend Payten for her next nanny position. Payten will have been a nanny for our family from July 2025 through September 2026, and during that time she has cared for both of our daughters with exceptional attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism. She began caring for our oldest when she was 20 months old and our youngest from just 10 weeks - they both adore her! Payten was able to handle the needs of our toddler and infant with confidence from day 1. During her work day, Payten was responsible for every aspect of our children's care. She also prepared meals for our family, kept up with dishes and light household cleaning, and handled our laundry. She consistently took initiative to ask how she could be helpful and helped keep our home running smoothly, which made all the difference for us as two busy working parents. One of the things we appreciated most was the thought and creativity she brought to each day. Payten planned engaging and creative indoor/outdoor activities that encouraged learning, curiosity, and fun! She was always respectful of our parenting preferences, readily adapting activities and routines to align with our comfort level. Above all else, Payten earned our complete trust early on. She is exceptionally responsible and safety-conscious. As a parent, there is nothing more important than knowing your children are in capable hands, and I never questioned that with Payten. I always felt completely confident that my daughters were safe and well cared-for with her. Payten also brought a calm, positive presence into our home every day. She has a tremendous amount of patience, particularly with toddlers navigating big emotions! She consistently approached challenging moments with empathy and kindness, helping our oldest work through her feelings in a way that was both gentle and respectful. She really created an environment where our children felt secure, encouraged, and happy. Payten is also very reliable. She was consistently on-time, dependable, and communicative. Whenever she needed time off for appointments or vacations, she always gave us plenty of advance notice, and was open to working with our schedules. She was also very flexible and accommodating. For example, a few months after she started with our family, we asked if she would be willing to extend her daily hours, and she graciously adjusted her schedule to meet our family's changing needs. It is difficult to fully capture in words how much Payten has meant to our family. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had her in our daughters' lives during these formative years! I give Payten my highest recommendation without reservation. Any family would be lucky to have her caring for their children. She has our complete confidence, and I know she will bring the same warmth, professionalism, and dedication to her next position that she brought to ours. I wholeheartedly recommend her and wish her nothing but the very best as she finds the next family who will undoubtedly come to value her as much as we have!
