My name is Molly, and I'm excited to be returning to Care. com to connect with new families! Currently, I am a graduate student at Ithaca College studying Speech-Language Pathology, and I'll be home for the next year completing my clinical hours in public schools and pediatric outpatients. I have over eight years of childcare experience and have worked with children of all ages. My experience includes nannying twin toddlers (ages 3-4), infant twins (6-8 months) along with their 2-year-old brother, and providing one-on-one care for infants and children whether in a consistent or date-night schedule. In addition, I have worked as a gymnastics coach for children ages 2-9, and am extremely passionate about play-based therapy and learning. I thrive in high-energy environments and love working with kids, my optimistic, outdoorsy personality and 13 years of cheerleading have certainly contributed to that! Molly is by far the best nanny I have worked with. She worked with our family for about 3 months over the summer of 2024 when my baby was 5-7 month's old. Molly is a dream nanny; she is caring, for baby and parents, diligent, dependable, consistent, extremely knowledgeable on child development with a natural disposition and gift for babies. When I finished my maternity leave and WFH I was at peace knowing and witnessing how Molly was my hands and the nurture for my baby that I couldn't provide while I was busy working. I cannot say good enough things about Molly. I have worked with 3 other nannies and Molly far exceeds them all. I wish I was still in MA, would hire her again in a heart beat.
