My name is Molly, and I'm excited to be returning to Care. com to connect with new families! Currently, I am a graduate student at Ithaca College studying Speech-Language Pathology, and I'll be home for the next year completing my clinical hours in public schools and pediatric outpatients. I have over eight years of childcare experience and have worked with children of all ages. My experience includes nannying twin toddlers (ages 3-4), infant twins (6-8 months) along with their 2-year-old brother, and providing one-on-one care for infants and children whether in a consistent or date-night schedule. In addition, I have worked as a gymnastics coach for children ages 2-9, and am extremely passionate about play-based therapy and learning. I thrive in high-energy environments and love working with kids, my optimistic, outdoorsy personality and 13 years of cheerleading have certainly contributed to that! I've been lucky to have had amazing babysitters for my kids, and even among them, Molly stands out. She watched my 3-year-old after school, and she was the best babysitter we've had. She is absolutely amazing with kids and has a genuine gift. Her communication is excellent, she's reliable, and she's outstanding in every regard. When I checked her references, I noticed a common theme. People told me that if I had the opportunity to have Molly as my kid's babysitter, I should take it because she's truly exceptional. I understand why now. I heard similar comments from the parents of my daughter's friends who saw Molly with my kid in public spaces. She is incredible with children. So I'll pass along the same advice others gave me: if you have the opportunity to have Molly as your child's sitter, absolutely take it.
