About Molly Grace

Hello! My name is Molly Grace, and I am a 2026 graduate of Franciscan University, where I earned a B. A. in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Human Life Studies. I have 7 years of experience working with children through babysitting, long-term nanny positions, respite caregiving, and an internship in education. I have a deep desire to uphold the dignity of every child and support them at every stage of development. I value open communication with parents and recognize them as their child's primary educators and caregivers. Under their guidance, I strive to provide the care and support their children need to flourish. My strengths include parent communication, nap/bedtime routines, bottle feeding, meal preparation, time management, and creative problem-solving.
