As an elementary education major and former daycare worker caring for children from just 6 weeks to 12 years old, becoming a nanny feels like a natural and meaningful step for me. My academic background has given me a strong understanding of child development, learning styles, and age-appropriate activities, while my hands-on experience has helped me develop patience, creativity, and the ability to nurture children at every stage. I love building trusting relationships with families and creating safe, engaging environments where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Being a nanny would allow me to combine my passion for education with personalized, one-on-one care, helping children thrive in a supportive and loving setting.
