Mindy took very good care of our twin babies since day one she worked with us. Every day, she arrived at least 10 mins before our scheduled time. She played with them, read books to them and helped trim their nails. She always shares her observations on our babies activities every day, what they do well and not well. She is also willing to share her knowledge and experience of how to take good care of them. After she left, we still kept in touch with each other, and she often cared for our kids. We really appreciate her help and caring for our babies. We highly recommend her.
