About Michelle

Hi there! A little bit about me.. My name is Michelle and I am 29, living in NE Portland. Over the course of eight years as a nanny, I have had the privilege of working with children across a wide range of ages, from infants to preteens. My experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the unique needs and developmental stages of children & throughout these years, I've built strong, trusting relationships with both the kids and their families, adapting to different parenting styles and fostering open communication to ensure the well-being and happiness of the children under my care. My approach is always patient, proactive, fun and committed to creating a positive, supportive environment for every child at every age. In addition, have maintained relationships with the families I have worked with over the years and it has been such a beautiful experience watching the kids grow, as well as our relationships with each other.
