About Madeline

Hello, I'm Madeline! I have over 3 years of childcare experience. I am well versed in child safety care procedures and an CPR/First Aid Certified. I am lead by kindness and believe the way to building meaningful and lasting relationships is through building strong communication and consistency. I always seek to use naturalistic experiences to implement learning opportunities. It is important to me that everyone is given the care they need! My top three skills are emotional regulation, functional communication and consistent fun! I have an array of socially creative games and activity to engage in that highlight important social and daily living skills. I love to incorporate as much creativity as possible, whether it is through living skills like cooking, down to work based activities such as art and learning! Families can expect me to be prepared with materials and various crafts. The most important part about working with kids is ensuring all children in my care are safe and heard.
