About Sofia

I thrive in an environment where I work with children and love helping families with their little ones, and teens. I have over 10 years experience with children, 7 of which was paid. I worked as a live-in nanny for 2 years, with overnight care for a busy physician household. I am a Certified Behavior Technician, I have worked with Autistic children of various ages in a clinical setting and in family homes. I strive to help a child learn on their level and at the pace they are comfortable with. Additionally I was a social worker and have experience providing trauma informed care and social services to children, teens and families. I have studied towards a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and look forward to finishing the last year of my degree. My interests include healthy cooking and nutrition and exercise. My skills include: ABA therapy, tutoring and help with school work, overnight care for travelling parents outings and day trips with 2-4 children.
