I've raised three happy successful sons, ages 28, 26 and 22, and now I'm a grandma! As a mother of three, I've seen it all. There is nothing I can't handle. I was a substitute teacher for Montgomery and Fairfax counties for a number of years. I am great with young children, babies and even teenagers. I don't mind running errands, light cooking, helping with homework or driving kids to activities. I have my own car, and I'm an excellent driver. I am physically fit, energetic, college educated and I love the outdoors and being around kids! U. S. citizen, First aid and CPR certified, and I've had my Tdap shot. Would like to work 22-40 hours a week. Excellent references. My rate is $22-$36 per hour depending on the requirements of the position. Michelle has been absolutely wonderful! She watched my two-year-old for three days each week over two weeks. It was a big step for me to have a caregiver outside of daycare - Michelle made it so easy to feel confident. She quickly picked up on how much my daughter enjoys the outdoors and spent a ton of quality time with her exploring the local parks and playgrounds. Seeing my little one calm, happy, and safe with Michelle really meant a lot to me. I would absolutely recommend Michelle and will definitely be hiring her again in the future. 

Michelle is such a great helper. She has taken care of my 2-month-old for 1.5 months. She brought a lot of experience to take care of the baby. My baby smiles a lot to her. She not only provides the care but also connects with the baby. For example, when it was a rainy day, she played a music of "rain, rain go away" during his tummy time. She has magic in making the baby sleep. She is experienced, professional and punctual. Highly recommend.

Michelle was terrific with our 4 month old. She made her feel so comfortable and safe, we are excited to work with her again!

After getting our entire family ready to meet for an interview with Michelle, she said she won't be coming 9 minutes before we were supposed to meet. Not due to an emergency but just didn't feel like it I guess. For a mature person, she lacks mental and emotional maturity and is very in undependable. I guess it is a blessing in disguise that we didn't move forward. There were red flags from the first interaction that I now see looking back.

Michelle was top notch all around.  She watched our 6-year-old son for 4-5 hours a day everyday for two weeks, and everything went great.  She was on time every day, easy to work with, and our son absolutely loved her.

Michelle is wonderful - dependable, punctual, and great with the kids. I was nervous about leaving my son with his first sitter since the pandemic started, but it couldn't have gone more smoothly. The second day she came he barely looked up to tell me goodbye! You can tell that Michelle is really interested in children and enjoys spending time with them. I would definitely hire her again.

Michelle is mature, reliable, and fastidious. My two kids and I really enjoyed her company and helpfulness, both in the home and on the road. Her intuition and family-oriented experience are a great asset. We miss her.

Michelle frequently cared for our two young boys for about 6 months, during which time they were ages 6m - 1 year and 2 1/2-3 years old, and she occasionally babysits for us now (they are now 1 and 3).  Michelle is extremely punctual, dependable and calm.  She is great with children, is completely trustworthy and is a safe driver.  My children always enjoyed having her care for them.  I highly recommend her!

Michelle is the kind of person you want to hire as a caregiver for your child. She instinctively knows how to connect with children; my 17-month-old loves her. Because she is the mother of three children herself and has been a substitute teacher in the public school system, there is no situation that she can't handle. When I come home, she tells me how my child's day was, what happened, what she ate, when she slept - everything. She takes my daughter for a walk in her stroller every time she comes (weather permitting, of course!) She even cleans up the toys (and sometimes the dishes too!) before I arrive so that I don't come home to a mess! Best of all, I go to work every day and don't have to wonder or worry about whether my child feels safe and loved; I know that she does, because I know Michelle is taking care of her like she would her own child. That peace of mind is priceless.

We hired Michelle for an evening out.  She was responsive and punctual and my kids enjoyed their time with her.  I'd hire her again.

We had a wonderful experience with Michelle and would definitely ask her to work for us again in the future.  She babysat my three kids after school two days a week for about 6 weeks.  She was dependable and flexible and never seemed flustered by anything.  My kids really enjoyed her and were sorry to say goodbye on her last day of work with us.  She helped my first grader with homework, which was wonderful, and always had things under control and organized when I arrived at home.  We all really enjoyed her and would love to continue to have her babysit for us on an as-needed basis.

I first met Michelle at church, and then I became the daycare provider for her son, Steven. Since then we now know each other from another church. She is a great mom- three wonderful sons, with the youngest (who I did daycare for) now in college.  She took them on adventures, helped them become independent while showing them all the love they would need, and was able to let them make their choices even if it meant moving away from home. She is a caring, thoughtful, and spiritual person.
