About Michelle

My name is Michelle. I am a mother of 4. Ages 20, 19, 13,& 11. When I had my first son is when my husband and I decided I would stay home with him and give up my salary. Which was not an easy thing to do living on Long Island to say the least. However, I enjoyed it so much. I had another son soon after. When Nicholas started Nursery School is when I started to take care of local teachers kids. The hours worked well for us. My boys and I were happy to be together they always had playmates. I took on a whole new position. I was their teacher. We would have reading time, craft according to age, play, dance time. I enjoyed the fact that I was able to supplement my income while I was home and loved each and every child like my own. As the children I watched grew and started kindergarten I stopped looking to replace. I became busy with my children and started to work at night. I have always had daycare at my home. While my oldest are in college I am now ready to go back to child care during the day hours. I would at this time be happy to care for your child at your home. I would not mind light housekeeping.
