About Michelle

I want to work with kids because I find great joy and fulfillment in helping them grow, learn, and reach their full potential. Children bring a unique energy and perspective to the world, and I love being a part of their development and seeing the positive impact I can make in their lives. Working with kids allows me to create a supportive and nurturing environment where they feel valued and understood, especially for those with special needs. It's incredibly rewarding to know that I can make a difference in their lives, helping them navigate their challenges and celebrate their successes. I have a BA in business. I also have experience working with many different types of children. I babysit my cousin most of my life who has autism. I learned how to accommodate to her needs and her specific schedule and diet as well as communication skills.
