About Alina

Hello! My name is Alina, I have worked with kids for approx. 10 years! I lived in Nairobi, Kenya for a year where I volunteered with kids at a children's home. I played with and built relationships with 90+ children of all ages! I have had similar experiences while in Guatemala, Mexico, Australia, Canada, and Washington. Each of these experiences was unique and developed skills for working with kids of different cultures, and upbringings! I have seen a lot in the time I have lived abroad and or worked locally with kids. From running summer camps, leading a cabin of underprivileged youth, to being a full time nanny for an infant this past year I still find my love for children and investing time into them. I am very active, as I love to play and dance with kids. I do photography as well and want to be creative together with any kid I am with! I care about learning the needs and stories of a child and figuring how I can meet them there and learn from them.
