It was such a relief to find Michelle to care for our son. She has such a calming and compassionate energy that makes her an unbelievable caretaker. Her patience is unmatched. Even throughout my toddler's emotional ups and downs, frequent tantrums and sleep difficulties, Michelle always stayed calm and handled even the most challenging times with ease. She was so understanding and reassuring throughout some really tricky phases. She listens, like really really listens, and approaches her care for children with a perfect balance of gentleness and excitement. Michelle nannied our son starting at 9 months until he was 17 months, and she would still be with us if we hadn't gotten into daycare. She's the best and we are so lucky to have had her!
