About Katie

I graduated from Colorado State University in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. While at CSU I completed a 280 hour internship in a 4-year-old preschool classroom. This was my first hands-on experience in the classroom and when I had the realization that I truly love working with children. I also worked at Little People's Landing in Fort Collins, where I had the opportunity to work with children as young as 10 weeks old all the way up to 12 years old. It was a wonderful experience because I learned the importance of catering to each child's unique social, emotional, and physical needs. After graduating, I moved back down to Broomfield and worked in the infant room at a Primrose for six months. I am a kind, enthusiastic person who loves working with children and fostering their growth.
