About Natalie

Hi there! I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biology, but my love for kids has brought me into childcare in many capacities. Growing up, my job was always babysitting and nannying. I've worked with kids of all ages (newborn - 13 years old) and have experience with children on the spectrum. I have worked as a teaching assistant in 2nd and 3rd grade, as well as Spanish, art, and preschool classrooms at a traditional school and in a Primary classroom (ages 3-6) at a Montessori school. My biggest strengths when working with kids is my patience, calm and compassionate energy, and creativity. I love prioritizing time outside, experiential learning, and connection with the kids I care for. I am easy to work with and tend to get along with anyone! I'd describe my personality as warm, patient, energetic I like working with kids because of their authenticity and openness.
