About Michaelene

I began caring for children professionally in 2006. Over the years, I have worked with families primarily focusing on preparing their toddlers for preschool. For the past four years, I have been working for a two-pediatrician family caring for their son and his younger sister, who I have cared for since she was three days old. She will be off on her own preschool adventure in August of 2026. With 20 years of experience nurturing children from infancy to pre-school, I bring a creative, approach to childcare. My passion lies in fostering each child's unique growth and development, inspired by their interests and my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I offer a balance of nature, the arts, and academics as part of my individualized curriculum. I hold a graduate degree and have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I am also certified as a Newborn Care Specialist and in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I look forward to the opportunity to meet your family.
