Hi! I'm Irina, a compassionate and experienced newborn and infant caregiver dedicated to helping families feel supported during the early weeks and months of parenthood. I'm a Certified Postpartum Doula, Infant Sleep Consultant, Placenta Encapsulation Specialist, and Prenatal & Postpartum Nutritionist. I'm also currently in nursing school with the goal of becoming a postpartum nurse. I provide nurturing, responsive care while following safe sleep practices and adapting to each family's unique needs and parenting style. Whether you need overnight newborn care, feeding support, help soothing your baby, establishing healthy routines, or simply an extra set of caring hands, I'm here to help. My goal is to give parents peace of mind so they can rest, recover, and enjoy this special time with their baby.
