About Michaela

About me: I have 10+ years experience. I enjoy being apart of their growth, and creating new activities for them to do is a blast as well. Recognizing strengths and weaknesses in a child, and being able to encourage development as an individual is my greatest strength. My hope is to give my 6year old son, and my 4yr daughter opportunities to learn and grow from your child/children while providing knowledge for your child to learn and grow as well. In small groups, children can improve social interaction and emotional awareness better than most individual; Because multi- children scenarios give, hands on, in the moment experiences, I am better able to tech healthy expression of emotion. I would encourage empathy, thoughtfulness, and consideration of others, while creating self boundaries with peers.
