Erica D. served our family for 3 years with our two young children in the capacity of nanny. She was punctual, highly professional, generous with her time, energy, spirit and wisdom for our girls. She always had an extremely positive attitude and never brought her outside life into our home. She always had highly developed boundaries and never overstepped them, maintaining a very respectful distance with my wife and myself. Our children learned more from Ms. D. than any nanny.
