From the very beginning, she has been kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely caring with our baby. As new parents, it means so much to have someone who not only understands the needs of a newborn, but also respects and follows our routines and schedule so well. She always makes us feel at ease when we leave our little one in her care. Mia is extremely responsive, reliable, and dependable, which has been such a huge help to our family. She communicates well, arrives on time, and is always thoughtful and professional. It is clear that she truly cares about the children she watches and takes pride in what she does. We are also excited for her to help with our toddler this summer and feel very confident knowing our kids will be in such good hands.
