Hi! I'm Kadence. I love working with children and creating a fun, safe, and caring environment where they can learn and grow. I currently work with children with autism, which has helped me develop patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt to each child's unique needs. I also have experience babysitting for family members and helping care for my younger sibling, giving me experience with children of different ages. I'm responsible, dependable, and enjoy building strong relationships with both children and parents. Whether we're playing games, doing crafts, helping with homework, or sticking to a bedtime routine, I strive to make every child feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I'm also comfortable around pets and happy to help with light housekeeping related to the children. I look forward to meeting your family!
