About Mia

Hi! I'm a South Bay Area native. Some stats about me: I took 9 AP classes in high school and got 4s and 5s on almost all of them, and I was awarded best history student in my class of 400 people. I studied Economics at UC Davis and have a STEM master's degree from Santa Clara University. My verbal scores on the GMAT and GRE were in the 99th percentile. I work in the tech industry. I like working with kids, but haven't had the opportunity to do that very much yet. I would love to tutor them at any level, especially in English and social studies. I was always passionate about reading as a child and love to encourage that in children. I can help with math too if needed. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, intellectually curious, and communicative.
