I love children! Raising my own has been my greatest lifelong achievement and joy. I have a daughter and son who are now thriving young adults who make me so proud. As I enter the empty nest season of my life, I miss all the things that come with caring for my babies. The years of packing lunches, driving to practices, helping with homework, etc. are now quiet and calm. I think that God gave me a special love for children. Having the opportunity to care for and nurture a child is such a wonderful blessing.
