Ms. Tati as my family calls her was introduced to us by a nanny who worked with us part time. Ms. Tati came on originally to simply cover the extra time we needed. But she was such a great fit we transitioned to her fulltime. Ms. Tati was with our family for almost a year, during Covid when daycares were closed or open inconsistently. She engaged with all three of the children across varying age groups, did age appropriate activities and made sure their emotional needs were met. She was flexible, and easialy approachable if there was ever an issue or change in routine. Our desire for our nanny was to simply focus on the children, no additional task; but she always made an effort to ask if there was anything that we needed her to do, it came from a genuine place and was always appreciated. Although our kids returned to school we continued to have Ms. Tati cover days when she is available as well as summers. We consider Ms. Tati a member of our extended family and our kids talk about her daily. Highly recommend!
