Melissa is incredible!! I hired her for a unique situation (a wedding i was in at a remote location, with the wedding party and all kids spending the night at a small house on the property). Melissa braved the weather and road conditions, came prepared not only for my 4mo (who seemed super comfortable with her) but also my 2 older ones, and took charge of everything needed while I was running around frantically trying to get things ready! She seamlessly handled both bringing the baby to the reception to nurse and bottle feeding later in the night. She was able to handle a tough situation when the other kids started coming back to the house and accidentally kept waking the baby... She did what needed to be done and i came back to find her happy, full, and asleep, and the house somehow still clean and bottles washed! Very very happy with her and wish I lived closer by so i could hire her more often :)
