I am originally from Mexico, and moved to the States 15 years ago. My mom has been a nanny for more than 17 years here in Marin. From her, I learned a lot of things about taking good care of children, so I started babysitting when I was a teenager helping her with the families she was working for by that time. I describe myself as a reliable, trustworthy, punctual, caring, and responsible person. As a mom, I know how hard it can be for parents to leave their children with another person, that is why I try always to give the best of me and go above and beyond in my jobs. I am a person that you can count on that your children will be safe and happy. I have 8 years of experience as a professional nanny. I know very well this area, Marin. I know a lot of activities to do here, parks, libraries, museums, etc. I have my own transportation to get to my jobs, I am CPR Certified and First Aid Training.

Rubi has cared for our now 3 year old boy since he was 1 year old. She is a deeply empathetic, nurturing and responsible caregiver who we have been very fortunate to work with! Rubi has been a pillar for our family, showing up reliably without fail, communicating clearly about Russell and always showing kindness. Rubi knows the Bay Area and especially Marin really well. She always found great activities for Russell - taking him to music sessions, storytime, libraries, swimming, and even finding him playdates with other children. She really understands Russell's social-emotional development and finds ways to nurture through activities. We would highly recommend working with Rubi - any family would be fortunate to have children in her care!
