About Melissa

I began babysitting at 11, caring for a 3-month-old every Saturday for 5 hours-and 30+ years later, I still love working with children! My background includes roles as Nanny, private tutor, PreK aide, Art Teacher, Substitute, Paraprofessional, and co-running a Before & Aftercare program. I've also been a Freelance Artist since 2002, so multitasking comes naturally. I've cared for twins, newborns, and even homeschooled 2 elementary-aged children (while caring for their baby brother on my hip) during Covid. Families describe me as reliable, creative, and nurturing. I'm seeking steady FT or PT work. My services include meal prep, laundry, and light housework (but I don't do driving).
