Previously, I was a preschool Director for nine years that focused on toddlers. I have been a nanny, companion for elderly, as well as for Special Needs. I have a Special Needs sister and have worked within this community for many years. I enjoy outdoor activities, going on walks, visiting fun places and swimming. I also enjoy planning craft projects, doing some baking, building, sensory play and books! I completed a program to become a certified Forest Therapy Guide. Mainly for better awareness, self care and to share with others. Pets are absolutely fine, I've just become a newly educated beekeeper!

Melissa recently squeezed in some time with my mom while my husband and I were away. Melissa visitid with my mom, helped her with meal prep, and generally stayed in touch with her so there was someone close by to help in case of emergency, which made my mom feel comfortable and safe. Melissa was kind, caring, and went above and beyond, even bringing my mom homemade baked ziti one night and taking her on some field trips. The only trouble was Melissa set a standard I have trouble meeting. :-) We are really appreciative of Melissa's care and highly recommend her to anyone in need.
