About Rayla

Hi! My name is Rayla and I'm a caring, patient, and reliable childcare provider with several years of experience working with children in both school and childcare settings. I currently work as a Special Education Paraprofessional with Worcester Public Schools, where I support students academically, socially, and emotionally. I also previously worked as a Group Leader and in before/after school programs, where I supervised children, helped with homework, organized activities, and created a safe and positive environment for kids to learn and grow. I'm currently studying Psychology at Bridgewater State University and hope to continue building my career working with children and families. I especially enjoy helping children feel comfortable, supported, and confident. I am CPR and First Aid certified, CPI trained, bilingual in English and Portuguese, and have experience working with children with special needs and behavioral support.
