Melba has been absolutely fantastic. Her role with us has been to watch my son who is on the spectrum. She started with us when he was 6 and us now turning 7. Her tasks were to be present at my sons drop off time from the school bus, help him with homework, feed him, play with him, and do some very light housekeeping. Her communication is great! She always keeps in touch with the bus driver and matron to ensure my sons status. She always communicates with me about my son, whether by text or written notes, and really has created an amazing bond with him. I am a very busy mom with very little time but with Melba she takes action without being asked because she cares about what she does. She's been extremely helpful, punctual, honest, sweet, and ultimately extremely dependable. I have zero complaints about her. I HIGHLY recommend her for any position.
